AMI Resources Pty Ltd (AMI) is a Melbourne-based Australian company, with business focusing on the exploration and mining of gold, copper and other base metals and investment management in Australia. It aims to leverage its growth to Asian economic boom and strong demand for Australian resources and to maximize returns on capital for shareholders by capitalizing the mineral assets and market opportunities.

To grow AMI into a leading resources company in Australia to serve Asian markets by integrating international capital with Australian resources, and leveraging to the rapid economic growth of Asia and Indo-Pacific regions in the next two decades.

  • A strong resources profile, with two mineral tenements in the mineral-abundant Central-North region of Australia. The preliminary measures of mineral deposits are: gold—16.2 tones, copper metal resource estimated at 672.7 thousand tones.
  • An experienced management team with track records of success in business management, exploration and mining, capital market and management of listed companies.
  • Strategic partnership with leading Asian exploration, mining and investment companies. AMI Resources has developed strategic partnerships with Asian companies and also built up close working relations with both Australian and Chinese geological exploration and development institutions. This acts as key driving forces for our future business success.

AMI Resources Pty Ltd has a strong resource profile, which provides solid base for future growth and cooperation with investors.

  • AMI owns two mineral tenements> in the Northern Territory of Australia:
  • Main resources: Gold, copper, silver, lead, zinc and other base metals, uranium and brown coal. The area of mineral tenements covers 147 km2 located in the north region of Australia.
